A popular sneaker is being recalled after a defect is discovered that could cause serious injury. Nike USA Incorporated is recalling close to 425-thousand pairs of its "Jordan Trunner," cross-training shoes.
The shoes have a thin metal strip on the outside of the heel of the shoe that can protrude and form a sharp edge. The Trunner, Trunner mid, Trunner bubble and the Trunner 2000 models are all included in the recall.
If you own the shoes you can call Nike to receive a replacement pair at 1-800- 344-6453.
