LAKE CHARLES, La. (KPLC) - Cabbage and black-eyed peas are a New Year’s Day tradition for good luck in the New Year.
This week on the Holiday Kitchen, I’ve invited Baton Rouge caterer Tiffany Bray-Range to help me make this New Year’s staple.
The grean, leafy cabbage is represents prosperity and the black-eyed peas represent good luck.
