Sunrise Sausage Bread

2 1/2 c. Bisquick
1 lb. breakfast sausage, cooked and drained (can use hot if you want an extra kick)
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. mayo
8 oz. pepper Jack cheese, grated
8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, grated

Mix until well-blended. Pour into 9 x 13 greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees until well-browned (30-40 minutes).
Can be prepared the night before and cooked the next morning, or may be cooked and then frozen.

Note:  This recipe is special to Meteorologist Ben Terry, as it was passed down from his hometown growing up.  A lady in his church would bring this on Sunday mornings a few times a year and it was always a huge hit!  You may want to make 2 pans!
