Ben's Red, White and Blue Bratwursts

1 pkg. smoked bratwurstsxml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /

1 red bell pepper

1 white onion

large hotdog buns or sandwich rolls

blue corn tortillas

Sauté onions and peppers in butter along with bratwursts until tender.  Place on bun with condiments of your choice.  Serve with the blue corn tortillas for a patriotic look.
